How refunds work with hosting deals

HostingPerk does not sell hosting directly. This page explains how provider refunds, money-back guarantees, and coupon issues usually work.

HostingPerk is not the merchant

HostingPerk is an affiliate and comparison website. We do not sell hosting plans, domains, email services, VPS plans, cloud servers, SSL certificates, or add-ons directly.

Because payments are made on the hosting provider's website, refunds must be requested from that provider.

Provider money-back guarantees

Many hosting providers offer refund windows such as 3 days, 14 days, 30 days, or longer promotional guarantees. The exact window and eligible products vary by provider and plan.

Domains, renewals, setup fees, premium SSL, email add-ons, migration services, and third-party products may be excluded from refunds even when hosting is refundable.

If a coupon does not work

If a HostingPerk coupon fails at checkout, verify spelling, plan eligibility, billing period, region, and whether the promotion has expired or been replaced.

You can choose another verified deal on HostingPerk or contact the provider before purchasing. We cannot force a provider to honor a promotion.

Affiliate commissions and refunds

If you receive a refund from a provider, any related affiliate commission may be reversed by the provider or affiliate network.

This does not change your rights under the provider's refund policy.
